Arma y sostiene los repositorios, los pipelines, los despliegues y los controles automáticos de calidad sobre el orquestador corporativo del cliente.Responsabilidades y atribucionesResponsabilidades:Administrar los repositorios en formato Salesforce DX: estructura, ramas, políticas de merge y protocolo de conflictos.Construir y mantener los pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo sobre Azure DevOps (YAML + SFDX).Implementar los quality gates: análisis estático (Code Analyzer / PMD), cobertura y validación automática por pull request.Generar manifiestos package.xml dinámicos con dependencias completas y destructiveChanges.xml.Preparar scripts de despliegue y de rollback, y runbooks para los pasos manuales no automatizables.Automatizar la migración de datos de configuración entre ambientes (SFDX Data Tree).Dar soporte a los squads en el flujo de trabajo diario y a los equipos del cliente durante los pases a producción.Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos:5+ años en DevOps.Experiencia armando pipelines de CI/CD para Salesforce con SFDX.Dominio de Git: estrategias de branching, resolución de conflictos y políticas de pull request.Scripting (Bash, PowerShell o Node) y YAML.Análisis estático y quality gates integrados al pipeline.
