Serán los ingenieros prácticos que construirán las soluciones de automatización, implementarán los nuevos estándares y trabajarán en el día adía junto a los SREs en formación para transferir conocimiento a través de la práctica.Responsabilidades del cargo:• Desarrollar y mantener los pipelines de CI/CD para los servicios de la compañía, aplicando los estándares definidos por SRE Gobierno.• Construir, probar y desplegar infraestructura utilizando las herramientas de IaC de la compañía (principalmente Terraform).• Escribir scripts y herramientas (Python/Go/Bash) para automatizar tareas operativas recurrentes ("toil") identificadas por el equipo.• Implementar las configuraciones de observabilidad (dashboards, alertas, logs) en Datadog para nuevos y existentes servicios, basándose en los SLOs definidos.Requisitos y calificacionesExperiencia y conocimiento técnicoCloud Platforms (Nivel Intermedio a Avanzado):• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Sólida experiencia práctica con GKE, IAM, GCE, y Cloud SQL.• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Experiencia práctica es muy deseable.Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y Automatización (Nivel Avanzado):• Terraform: Fuerte experiencia práctica en la escritura de configuraciones y el despliegue de recursos.• Ansible (o similar): Experiencia en gestión de configuración es un plus.Programación y Scripting (Nivel Intermedio a Avanzado):• Python o Go: Habilidad para escribir scripts robustos y funcionales para la automatización de tareas y la interacción con APIs.• Bash: Buen dominio para tareas operativas y de scripting en Linux.Contenedores y Orquestación (Nivel Avanzado):• Kubernetes (K8s): Sólida experiencia en la gestión de aplicaciones en K8s (deployments, services, ingress, configmaps, secrets).• Docker: Experiencia creando y gestionando imágenes de contenedores.CI/CD y DevOps (Nivel Intermedio a Avanzado):• Experiencia implementando y manteniendo pipelines de CI/CD.• Familiaridad con herramientas como GitLab CI, Jenkins, o Bitbucket Pipelines.Observabilidad y Monitoreo (Nivel Intermedio):• Experiencia práctica configurando monitoreo, dashboards y alertas en herramientas como Datadog (preferible), Prometheus/Grafana, o similares.• Comprensión de los conceptos de logs, métricas y trazas.Habilidades Blandas:• Fuerte capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar.• Buenas habilidades de comunicación.• Mentalidad de resolución de problemas y proactividad.• Capacidad para operar con autonomía en tareas bien definidas.Informaciones adicionalesBeneficios Stefanini
