Nacimos con el objetivo de generar valor por medio de la búsqueda incesante por la excelencia operacional, intimidad con el cliente e innovación.Estamos en búsqueda de un ANALISTA PLENO DE FISCALIZACION - DHO para integrar al equipo del Centro de Excelencia Votorantim en el área de DHO.Responsabilidades y atribucionesGestionar las reuniones con el cliente para informar los requerimientos de SUNAT plazos y formas de entrega, asi como el constante seguimiento hasta la culminación de su atención.Realizar el análisis de los requerimientos solicitados por SUNAT para determinar responsabilidades del CoE y Cliente.Conciliación de la información declarada en PLAME, registros contables y nóminas.Tener un control de todos los requerimientos en cursos y presentar informes mensuales al cliente.Generar un plan preventivo para mitigar observaciones o para atenciones futuras a SUNAT.Automatizar el proceso de conciliación de los registros para agilizar los tiempos de respuesta.Requisitos y calificacionesFormación: Administración/ Contabilidad/ Ingeniería Industrial / Economía y/o carreras afines.Experiencia: 2 años de analista de nóminas con atenciones a requerimientos de SUNATEspecialización: En normativas laborales o tributarias (deseable)Idioma: Portugués básico (deseable), Inglés básico (deseable)    Informática: Office nivel intermedio       Otros: SAP HCM, PLAMEInformaciones adicionalesSeguro de Asistencia Médica: Seguro de asistencia médica EPS para usted y dependientes de acuerdo con la política de la empresa copago por el empleado de acuerdo al establecimiento médico elegido.Actividades de Bienestar: Acceso a diversas actividades orientadas a promover el bienestar integral de nuestros colaboradores.Beneficio de Teletrabajo: Para tener mayor flexibilidad, podrás adherirte al beneficio de teletrabajo parcial (Híbrido).Gimnasia Laboral: Actividades físicas en oficina.Day Off por cumpleaños: En el mes de tu cumpleaños podrás tener un día para ti, para desconectarte, divertirte y celebrar tu cumpleaños.
