Nosso time é formado por excelentes profissionais.Colaboração e comprometimento fazem parte do nosso dia-a-dia, quando desenvolvemos novas funcionalidades, construindo um produto robusto e escalável.Fazendo parte de nossa equipe, seu trabalho irá impactar em milhares de usuários que utilizam nossa solução diariamente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise aprofundada de requisitos de negócios e traduzi-los em especificações técnicas.Desenhar arquiteturas de sistemas, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança, performance e integração entre plataformas.Liderar tecnicamente projetos de média e alta complexidade, apoiando equipes de desenvolvimento, QA e infraestrutura.Revisar e validar soluções técnicas propostas pelos times de desenvolvimento.Conduzir análise de impactos, modelagem de dados, prototipação e elaboração de documentação técnica avançada.Implementar e otimizar integrações entre sistemas internos e externos, incluindo APIs, serviços e barramentos.Participar da definição de padrões, boas práticas e governança de TI.Atuar na investigação e resolução de incidentes críticos, realizando análises de causa raiz (RCA).Apoiar áreas de negócio, propondo soluções inovadoras e alinhadas à estratégia da empresa.Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas e realizar estudos de viabilidade para novas ferramentas e plataformas.Realizar mentorias e oferecer suporte técnico avançado a analistas júnior, pleno e sênior.Codificação de bibliotecas, módulos e aplicativos.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Ciências da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Domínio de modelagem de sistemas.Forte conhecimento em desenvolvimento de software (C/C++, Java, C#, Python, Node.js, entre outras linguagens).Conhecimento avançado em criptografia.Conhecimento avançado em redes de computadores.Conhecimento avançado em sistemas operacionais (Windows e Linux).Conhecimento avançado em arquiteturas distribuídas e integração de sistemas.Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais.Forte conhecimento em APIs.Capacidade de análise de performance, tuning e diagnóstico em ambientes produtivos.Experiência com ferramentas de versionamento e CI/CD.Noções avançadas de segurança da informação e proteção de dados (LGPD).
