Sobre a vaga Buscamos um(a) Diretor(a) Comercial para liderar a estratégia comercial da empresa, com foco em expansão de mercado, gestão de equipes de vendas e uso de dados para tomada de decisão. O profissional será responsável por definir metas, estruturar processos comerciais e fortalecer o posicionamento da marca no setor de bebidas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades

Definir e executar a estratégia comercial de curto, médio e longo prazo Liderar, desenvolver e avaliar a equipe de vendas e representantes comerciais Estabelecer metas de vendas, market share e rentabilidade Conduzir análises de inteligência de mercado (concorrência, tendências de consumo, sazonalidade) Utilizar dados de vendas e indicadores comerciais (KPIs) para orientar decisões estratégicas Negociar contratos com grandes clientes, distribuidores e redes varejistas Identificar oportunidades de expansão geográfica e novos canais de venda Acompanhar performance de produtos e sugerir ajustes de portfólio e precificação Reportar resultados e projeções à diretoria executiva Garantir alinhamento entre as áreas comercial, marketing e trade marketing

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; pós-graduação ou MBA é um diferencial Experiência sólida em cargos de liderança comercial, preferencialmente no setor de bebidas ou bens de consumo (FMCG) Vivência com inteligência de mercado e ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel avançado, BI, Power BI ou similares) Histórico comprovado de gestão de equipes e resultados de vendas Conhecimento de canais de distribuição (varejo, atacado, food service) Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados Boa capacidade de negociação e comunicação executiva Disponibilidade para viagens
