Esse(a) profissional será responsável por liderar a unidade escolar, promovendo excelência acadêmica, sustentabilidade do negócio e uma experiência de qualidade para alunos, famílias e colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a equipe pedagógica, administrativa e operacional da escola.Garantir a execução do projeto político-pedagógico e o cumprimento das diretrizes institucionais.Desenvolver e acompanhar gestores, coordenadores, professores e demais colaboradores, promovendo uma cultura de alta performance.Fortalecer o relacionamento com famílias, alunos e comunidade escolar, assegurando um atendimento de excelência.Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento estratégico da unidade.Gerir orçamento, metas e recursos da escola, buscando eficiência e sustentabilidade.Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação educacional e das normas dos órgãos reguladores.Conduzir processos de captação, retenção e fidelização de alunos em parceria com as áreas responsáveis.Promover um ambiente escolar acolhedor, seguro e alinhado aos valores institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Pedagogia ou Licenciatura.Desejável Pós-graduação em Gestão Escolar, Gestão Educacional, Administração Escolar ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em cargos de liderança em instituições de Educação Básica.Vivência na gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.Familiaridade com legislação educacional e processos regulatórios.Informações adicionaisNecessário disponibilidade para atuar na região de Santos/SP.
