Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em gestão escolar, sólida formação pedagógica e capacidade para liderar pessoas, processos e resultados educacionais. Essa liderança será responsável por assegurar a qualidade da proposta pedagógica, promover o desenvolvimento da equipe e fortalecer o relacionamento com estudantes, famílias e toda a comunidade escolar.Procuramos uma pessoa com visão estratégica, escuta ativa, capacidade de articulação e profundo conhecimento sobre Educação, Gestão Pedagógica, abordagem construtivista e aprendizagem baseada em projetos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a execução e o acompanhamento da proposta pedagógica da escola;Garantir a coerência entre os princípios educacionais da instituição e as práticas realizadas no cotidiano escolar;Acompanhar o planejamento pedagógico, os processos de ensino e aprendizagem e os resultados acadêmicos;Liderar, desenvolver e engajar coordenadores, professores e demais profissionais da equipe;Apoiar as coordenações pedagógicas na tomada de decisões e na condução dos desafios educacionais;Promover uma cultura de colaboração, diálogo, inovação e desenvolvimento contínuo;Acompanhar indicadores pedagógicos, acadêmicos e de satisfação da comunidade escolar;Analisar resultados e estruturar planos de ação para a melhoria contínua dos processos educacionais;Fortalecer a parceria entre a escola e as famílias, promovendo uma comunicação clara, acolhedora e transparente;Conduzir reuniões com responsáveis, estudantes, educadores e demais integrantes da comunidade escolar;Atuar na prevenção e na mediação de conflitos, preservando o clima institucional;Participar da seleção, integração, avaliação e desenvolvimento dos profissionais da equipe;Contribuir para os processos de captação, acolhimento e retenção de estudantes;Acompanhar o contexto educacional da região, considerando as características do público, as demandas locais e o cenário concorrencial;Garantir o cumprimento das diretrizes educacionais, das políticas institucionais e das normas aplicáveis ao funcionamento da escola;Representar institucionalmente a unidade nos diferentes espaços de relacionamento com a comunidade escolar.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Pedagogia; ouFormação superior completa em outra Licenciatura, acompanhada de especialização em Gestão Escolar e de formação complementar compatível com a condução da proposta pedagógica;Conhecimento consistente da abordagem pedagógica construtivista;Sólida fundamentação teórica em Educação e Gestão Pedagógica;Experiência com liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes;Visão sistêmica e capacidade para integrar as dimensões pedagógica, administrativa e relacional da gestão escolar;Comunicação clara, escuta ativa e habilidade para negociação e mediação de conflitos;Perfil colaborativo, acolhedor, analítico e orientado para resultados educacionais. Experiência em escolas com proposta educacional humanista;Vivência em instituições que adotem a abordagem construtivista ou a aprendizagem baseada em projetos;
