Responsabilidades e atribuições Nossos projetos possibilitam a construção de uma forte parceria com os clientes. Gostamos de ser verdadeiros consultores, auxiliando-os na tomada de decisões estratégicas do negócio. Para tanto, dentro da área de Serviço ao Cliente, precisamos de um profissional que seja guardião de nossas contas, responsável pelo relacionamento com empresas de diferentes mercados, construindo uma forte parceria com os clientes.

Manter e fortalecer o relacionamento com os principais clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e expectativas. Identificar oportunidades de novos negócios e expandir a carteira de clientes. Desenvolver estratégias para alcançar os objetivos de vendas e crescimento da empresa. Supervisionar a execução dos projetos de pesquisa, garantindo que sejam entregues no prazo e com a qualidade esperada. Interpretar os resultados das pesquisas e transformar esses dados em insights acionáveis para os clientes. Capacitar e orientar a equipe de contas, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e eficiente. Buscar constantemente inovações e melhorias nos processos e metodologias de pesquisa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa. Experiência em gestão de contas e desenvolvimento de negócios. Habilidades analíticas e capacidade de transformar dados em insights estratégicos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de projetos. Conhecimento em metodologias de pesquisa de mercado e estudos ad-hoc. Conhecimento e vivência com testes de produtos, ideias/ conceitos, Conjoint, avaliações de embalagens, otimização de portfólio e desejável alguma experiência com estudos para projeções volumétricas. Conhecimento de gestão de processos, metodologias ágeis e gestão de pessoas. Conhecimentos em Word, Excel e PowerPoint são essenciais. Inglês avançado (uso diário); espanhol é um diferencial. Capacidade de construir de forma colaborativa e entregar apresentações envolventes. Orientação para resultados, com uma perspectiva positiva e foco em alta qualidade e rentabilidade. Capacidade de desenvolver relações com clientes e partes interessadas.
