Atuar junto aos Diretores e áreas estratégicas, promovendo ações que fortaleçam a identidade institucional, o desempenho acadêmico, a gestão eficiente de recursos e o posicionamento da marca no mercado

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDiagnóstico e análise da qualidade e eficácia dos processos administrativos, de marketing e atendimento.Estudo e análise do posicionamento de mercado das unidades de negócio e da abrangência da marca.Análise do desempenho acadêmico das unidades de negócio e sociais.Acompanhamento do Novo Ensino Médio nas unidades de negócio.Análise das unidades de negócio junto aos diretores, com foco no aumento de receita e otimização de custos.Análise de descontos comerciais para mitigação e melhor estratégia dessa prática.Liderança efetiva junto aos Diretores de Unidades.Estabelecimento de metas, estratégias e tomada de decisões que visem o desenvolvimento institucional nas áreas financeira, administrativa, de marketing, TI e pedagógica.Análise de resultados de avaliações internas e externas, bem como dos resultados de concorrentes, estabelecendo em conjunto com a equipe metas e estratégias para potencialização dos resultados.Cocriação de relatórios pedagógicos e administrativos de cada unidade para apresentação à Direção Geral.Propor e provocar reflexões junto aos Diretores, visando ajustes e ações em busca da excelência do trabalho e de inovações.Implementação colaborativa do projeto político-pedagógico.Acompanhamento das diretrizes gerais de planejamento e organização do estabelecimento de ensino.Análise dos resultados de desempenho acadêmico de professores e alunos, considerando indicadores internos e externos.Análise da viabilidade de realização de eventos internos e externos, alinhados ao orçamento anual.Avaliação e identificação, em parceria com os Diretores, das necessidades para desenvolver e implantar novas ações de marketing e endomarketing.Acompanhamento da comunicação nas mídias, verificando a comunicação necessária e as possibilidades de visibilidade da escola e do grupo, alinhadas à estratégia institucional.Planejamento, junto ao setor financeiro, dos investimentos na formação do corpo docente, discente, equipe técnica e gestão.Criação de ferramentas de avaliação das equipes das unidades de negócio.Execução de outras tarefas correlatas e demais atividades inerentes à área de atuação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Pedagogia, Gestão Educacional, Economia ou áreas afins. Pós-graduação em Gestão Educacional, MBA em Gestão de Negócios/Educação ou similar (diferencial).

Experiência

Preferencialmente com atuação em múltiplas unidades/filiais. Experiência com responsabilidade por resultados financeiros (DRE). Experiência com acompanhamento de indicadores acadêmicos. Experiência na liderança de gestores/diretores.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Gestão financeira e análise de DRE. Indicadores de desempenho acadêmico e avaliações externas (ex.: SAEB, ENEM). Legislação educacional, incluindo diretrizes do Novo Ensino Médio. Noções de marketing educacional e posicionamento de marca. Pacote Office/Google Workspace e sistemas de gestão escolar (ERP educacional).

Competências comportamentais

Liderança e gestão de equipes multidisciplinares. Visão estratégica e orientação a resultados.
