Nosso propósito é ser o aliado do investidor para transformar o Brasil.Buscamos um Diretor Real Estate para liderar a estratégia de Real Estate da Suno Asset, garantindo uma gestão eficiente dos ativos imobiliários, acompanhando sua performance e identificando oportunidades capazes de gerar valor para os fundos e investidores.A posição terá atuação relevante tanto na gestão do portfólio atual quanto na avaliação, estruturação e desenvolvimento de novas oportunidades imobiliárias, participando diretamente das principais discussões e decisões estratégicas da Asset.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Liderar a gestão estratégica dos ativos imobiliários da Suno Asset;Acompanhar a performance operacional, financeira e estratégica dos ativos sob gestão;Participar da análise, estruturação e execução de operações imobiliárias;Identificar oportunidades de geração de valor, otimização e expansão do portfólio;Apoiar a avaliação e originação de novas oportunidades de investimento em Real Estate;Coordenar o relacionamento com parceiros, administradoras, operadores e demais stakeholders do mercado;Participar ativamente dos comitês de investimento e das principais discussões estratégicas relacionadas aos ativos;Contribuir para a construção e evolução das estratégias de investimento imobiliário da Asset;Elaborar e acompanhar materiais executivos, análises e recomendações para tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que a Suno espera:Requisitos:Experiência sólida no mercado imobiliário, Real Estate e/ou fundos imobiliários;Experiência relevante em gestão de ativos e análise de operações imobiliárias;Vivência em gestoras de recursos, Assets, fundos imobiliários ou empresas relevantes do setor;Conhecimento de análise financeira, valuation e viabilidade de ativos e operações imobiliárias;Capacidade de conduzir discussões estratégicas e interagir com diferentes stakeholders;Perfil analítico, visão de negócio e capacidade de identificar oportunidades de geração de valor;Experiência em posições de liderança e com alto nível de autonomia e responsabilidade sobre decisões.Diferenciais: Formação complementar em Finanças, Mercado de Capitais ou áreas relacionadas;Rede de relacionamento consolidada no mercado imobiliário.Informações adicionaisO que você pode esperar da gente?
