A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com 40 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará no setor de Operations, o responsável por garantir o desenho logístico do embarque, acompanhando de perto as operações de coleta, importação e exportação de cargas, além da verificação documental em cada país.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContato com os exportadores na origem: solicitação e/ou envio de documentos (invoice, packing list, certificado de análise, bill of lading e etc.);Acompanhamento sobre processos com os incoterms FCA e coletas EXW (exportadores e transportadoras na origem);Análise de tipos de serviço para coleta x necessidade do cliente;Validação e lançamento de custos no processo;Contato com o armazém na origem para conferência de chegadas, emissão de warehouse receipt (análise das cargas, tipos de embalagem, peso);Conferência e emissão de documentos (EEI Report, invoice, SDS, DGD, label e etc.)Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com coordenação de coletas na origem;Inglês intermediário a avançado - será testado.Conhecimento sobre processos de importação (EUA X Brasil);Conhecimento sobre incoterms (FCA e EXW);Experiência em agente de carga;Experiência com cargas de Healthcare (temperatura controlada, DGD);Nível Superior completo ou cursando;Informações adicionais Na DMS respiramos inovação e somos fascinados por pessoas e desafios!
