A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com mais de 30 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará no setor de Air Product que é o responsável pela elaboração de propostas comerciais de frete aéreo, relacionamento com Cias Aéreas e escolha das rotas mais adequadas para cada tipo de cargaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecer, analisar os dados de mercado para atualizar o posicionamento técnico da DMS junto aos nossos fornecedores e clientes;Colaborar com o time de indústrias e produto para alinhamento de estratégias no desenvolvimento de cada região;Identificar tendências, oportunidades e avaliar novos mercados e potenciais demandas;Fazer a gestão de acordos e contratos com companhias aéreas e demais fornecedores;

Analisar a viabilidade financeiro de novas oportunidades, executando a gestão dos resultados do time;Monitorar e avaliar regularmente o desempenho de volume das rotas, desenvolvendo os planos de ações necessários;Manter a empresa munida de informações atualizadas sobre os últimas tendências e inovações na logística e transporte, tanto no âmbito nacional quanto internacional;Promover um clima seguro para o time, com uma gestão pautada nos valores da DMS;Avaliar os colaboradores da equipe e acompanhar o desenvolvimento das habilidades necessárias para atingir as metas estabelecidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Inglês avançado - será testado;Experiência em negociações internacionais, no modal aéreo;Relacionamento sólido com as companhias aéreas;Experiência com atuação em agenciamento de cargas, com conhecimento de exportação e importação aérea;Disponibilidade para viagens.Informações adicionaisNa DMS respiramos inovação e somos fascinados por pessoas!
