A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com mais de 30 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará no setor de Air Product que é o responsável pela elaboração de propostas comerciais de frete aéreo, relacionamento com Cias Aéreas e escolha das rotas mais adequadas para cada tipo de cargaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pelo gerenciamento do processo de BID no modal aéreo;Responsável pela criação de novos procedimentos estruturantes da área;Suporte ao time comercial no processo de qualificação, mapeando as oportunidades de clientes novos e existentes;Análise de performance após fechamento de BID;Análise comercial de licitações, rastreando os resultados e propondo alternativas de mitigação ao longo do processo;Compilar resultados, analisar custos e renegociar valores com os parceiros envolvidos junto ao time de Pricing;Gerenciamento da reunião de acompanhamento com time de vendas, para alinhamento dos níveis de mark-up;Devolução e troca dos indicadores do BID com o time comercial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Inglês intermediário a avançado - será testado;Desejável experiência anterior no comercial e operacional no modal aéreo, tendo atuado inside sales ou pricing em agentes de carga; Experiência com análise de dados (data analysis), KPIs, excel e BI no nível usuário;Desejável experiência anterior em Bidding Process.Informações adicionaisNa DMS respiramos inovação e somos fascinados por pessoas e desafios!
