Aqui você vai se juntar ao time de Talent Management Team (TMT), responsável pela gestão de pessoas e talentos, nas frentes de remuneração, benefícios e carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir os processos de remuneração de ponta a ponta, incluindo benefícios, remuneração variável, meritocracia e demais subsistemas, garantindo qualidade, agilidade e aderência às boas práticas de mercado;Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças, apoiando os processos de remuneração, orçamento, folha de pagamento, diretrizes orçamentárias, indicadores e melhoria contínua;Realizar pesquisas de mercado e desenvolver estudos relacionados a carreira, remuneração e orçamento, fornecendo análises e comparativos para apoiar a tomada de decisão;Estruturar, revisar e assegurar a governança do Plano de Cargos e Carreira, das descrições de cargos, das tabelas salariais e do dimensionamento organizacional, garantindo coerência interna e alinhamento ao mercado;Analisar a remuneração dos colaboradores, identificando necessidades de ajustes por enquadramento, retenção ou competitividade, em conformidade com a política salarial;Gerir e aprimorar os processos de benefícios, avaliando práticas de mercado e potenciais parcerias, conduzindo negociações, definindo regras e políticas e apoiando a implantação de novas soluções.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de dois anos na área de remuneração;Vivência generalista nos subsistemas de remuneração, incluindo salário fixo, remuneração variável, benefícios e carreira;Domínio de tabelas e pesquisas salariais, descrição e valoração de cargos, estudos de impacto, desenho organizacional e estruturas de carreira;Excel intermediário a avançado, com habilidade para cálculos, elaboração de relatórios, diagnósticos e comparativos de mercado;Familiaridade com orçamento de pessoal, dimensionamento de quadros, headcount, overhead e processos de folha de pagamento.Informações adicionaisNa DMS respiramos inovação e somos fascinados por pessoas!
