Aqui você vai se juntar ao time de Talent Management Team (TMT), responsável pela gestão de pessoas e talentos, nas frentes de remuneração, benefícios, people, orçamento de pessoal e indicadores.Estamos em busca de um líder para atuar de forma estratégica e consultiva nos processos de Remuneração, Benefícios, Orçamento, Indicadores, garantindo a sustentabilidade dos recursos, competitividade, aderência as praticas de mercado no quesito meritocrático. Com atuação ampla e contatos diretos com as áreas de negócio e administradores da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais desafios: Conduzir processos de remuneração de ponta a ponta em diversos subsistemas (Benefícios, Remuneração Variável, Meritocracia, entre outros), garantindo qualidade, agilidade e aderência as boa praticas de mercado.Realizar a estruturação de forma end-to-end de todos os tópicos relacionados a orçamento de pessoal, dados, indicadores, sistemas, dimensionamento organizacional entre outros, garantindo a acuracidade das informações assim como o correto entendimento dos principais conceitos relacionados ao tema.Liderar de forma técnica e ser a principal referencia nos quesitos da área por meio da gestão de time multidisciplinar assim como pareceres e recomendações assertivas em todos os quesitos da área.Desenvolver e acompanhar modelagens e estrutura de processos, cenários e tomadas decisão relacionadas a temas de dimensionamento organizacional, carreira, níveis de reporte entre outros de forma consistente e assertiva, garantindo a uniformidade das informações e praticas.Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças e apoiar as atividades da área de remuneração e orçamento, incluindo suporte nos processos de folha, diretrizes orçamentárias, indicadores e melhoria contínua.Participar de pesquisas de mercado relacionados a praticas de carreira, remuneração, orçamento, entre outros trazendo insumos e comparativos para melhor tomada de decisão.
