A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com 40 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará no setor de Financial que é o responsável pelo gerenciamento de todas as transações financeiras nacionais e internacionais da DMS, como pagamento de fornecedores, conciliação bancária, análise de impostos e recebimento de clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTécnicas de negociação para resolução de recebíveis vencidos e melhorias no processo;Faturamento - Emitir notas fiscais corretas e dentro do prazo;Acompanhar a liquidação de títulos e pagamentos;Gestão de prazos com clientes nacionais e internacionais;Gestão e montagem de fluxo de caixa com base em recebíveis futuros versus despesas a serem pagas;Elaborar relatórios de faturamento diário, mensal e projeções (faturamento previsto x realizado);Atender chamados de clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre faturas, divergências de valores ou envio de 2ª via;Análise financeira para concessão de crédito para novo negócios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas afins;Diferencial: conhecimento Power BI;Diferencial: conhecimento de tributação e retenção na fonte (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSLL, ICMS), alinhado com a equipe fiscal/contábil;Desejável Inglês avançado;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.Informações adicionaisNa DMS respiramos inovação e somos fascinados por pessoas!
