A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de cargas, com 40 anos de atuação no mercado. Aqui você vai se juntar ao time de Operations, responsável pela gestão dos armazéns da companhia na Europa e pela coordenação da cadeia de inland freight e operações, garantindo eficiência, integração operacional e alto nível de serviço aos clientes.Estamos em busca de um líder para atuar de forma estratégica e consultiva na gestão das operações de armazenagem e inland freight, garantindo a eficiência dos processos, a qualidade na execução e o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço. Será responsável pela gestão de contratos logísticos e pela melhoria contínua das operações, promovendo ganhos de produtividade e redução de ineficiências.O profissional também terá atuação como gestor do armazém enquanto centro de resultado, com responsabilidade sobre receitas e despesas da operação, além de liderar a integração entre as diferentes frentes operacionais, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade e performance do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a gestão eficiente das operações de armazenagem da companhia, garantindo excelência operacional, cumprimento dos níveis de serviço e disciplina na gestão de contratos com prestadores logísticos;Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais, promovendo ganhos de produtividade e eficiência, e conduzir o armazém próprio como um centro de resultado, com responsabilidade sobre a gestão de receitas e despesas da operação;Liderar também a coordenação da cadeia de inland freight, garantindo integração entre armazenagem e transporte terrestre, fluidez operacional e alto nível de serviço aos clientes.Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas; Mínimo de 8 anos em operações, com vivência desejável em operação internacional (EUA e/ou Europa) e experiência em abertura de bases como diferencial;Necessário domínio de gestão de custo operacional, KPIs de armazém e inland, negociação e homologação de fornecedores locais;Inglês fluente; espanhol será um diferencial;Perfil com senso de dono sobre custo, disciplina de rotina e número, liderança de times em múltiplos fusos e pragmatismo na resolução.
