A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com mais de 30 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará no setor de Operations, o responsável por garantir o desenho logístico do embarque, acompanhando de perto as operações de coleta, importação e exportação de cargas, além da verificação documental em cada país.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão end-to-end de processos de importação, garantindo conformidade e cumprimento de prazos;Coordenação com agentes, co-loaders e fornecedores, incluindo bookings e coletas;Acompanhamento operacional- cut-offs, desembaraço na origem, aprovações e restrições;Validação de documentação de importação;Controle financeiro do processo;Monitoramento de indicadores operacionais;Interface com áreas internas e suporte ao time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNível Superior completo ou em andamento;Inglês intermediário a avançado - será testado;Experiência em operações de importação aérea e marítima, com atuação em processos end-to-end;Vivência na coordenação de embarques e na interface com agentes de carga, fornecedores e demais stakeholders;Experiência com cargas especiais, incluindo IMO, Reefer, OOG e Breakbulk;Conhecimento em Incoterms, com foco em FCA e EXW;Experiência em análise documental e validação de custos de importação;Conhecimento dos processos de importação entre Estados Unidos e Brasil;Experiência em agente de carga.Informações adicionaisNa DMS respiramos inovação e somos fascinados por pessoas e desafios!
