Essa pode ser a sua oportunidade!A Doma Construtora está em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Engenharia – Pós-Obra para apoiar o acompanhamento das solicitações dos clientes, fazendo a interface entre clientes, equipe de engenharia, fornecedores e prestadores de serviço. O que você vai encontrar na Doma:✅ Um ambiente de trabalho acolhedor e colaborativo;✅ Oportunidade de atuar em projetos desafiadores e inovadores;✅ Valorização do aprendizado contínuo e do crescimento profissional.Se você busca fazer parte de uma equipe que une técnica, criatividade e propósito, venha construir o futuro com a Doma!#vamospracima🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber, registrar e acompanhar as solicitações de pós-obra encaminhadas pelos clientes, mantendo os controles atualizados;Solicitar fotos, vídeos e demais informações necessárias para a análise inicial das demandas;Encaminhar as solicitações para avaliação da equipe de Engenharia e acionar fornecedores e prestadores responsáveis;Agendar e acompanhar atendimentos, controlando prazos e realizando follow-ups para garantir a execução dos serviços;Manter os clientes atualizados sobre o andamento das solicitações, prestando informações claras durante todo o processo;Verificar a conclusão dos serviços, registrar evidências e formalizar o encerramento junto ao cliente;Elaborar relatórios e manter organizado o histórico das solicitações, acompanhando chamados concluídos, em andamento, atrasados e situações fora das condições de garantia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição é necessário que você possua:Cursando ou concluído técnico em edificações, graduação em engenharia civil ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em interpretação de projetos e vistorias técnicas;Habilidade com planilhas e relatórios técnicosCNH ativa;Boa comunicação e perfil colaborativo.É desejável que você possua:Experiência prévia em assistência técnica, pós-obra ou acompanhamento de obras;Experiência em rotinas administrativas de suporte a clientes e obras;Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar em equipe multidisciplinar;Perfil proativo, com visão crítica e foco em melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisBenefícios oferecidos:Assistência Médica (Coparticipação);Cartão Cesta Básica - R$ 509,00 pagos na Flash;Convênio com Faculdade (Anhanguera e FAM);Convênio Farmácia;Convênio Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Telemedicina Albert Einstein;Parceria com Open English;Convênio com o SESC: garante acesso a atividades de lazer, cultura, esportes, saúde e educação com preços acessíveis.
