Trabalhamos com diversas licenças, como Marvel, Disney, Vertigo, DC, Maurício de Sousa entre outras, e temos a missão de levar o entretenimento e boas histórias para casa dos nossos leitores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA Panini está em busca de Editores Freelancers para colaborar em futuros projetos editoriais, incluindo livros, revistas, histórias em quadrinhos, mangás, álbuns, coleções especiais e produtos colecionáveis.Buscamos profissionais criativos, organizados e com olhar editorial, capazes de transformar ideias e conteúdos em produtos relevantes, garantindo qualidade, coerência, alinhamento ao público e excelência em todas as etapas do desenvolvimento editorial.Principais Atividades e Possíveis ProjetosAtuar no desenvolvimento editorial de livros, revistas, HQs, mangás, álbuns, coleções e projetos especiais;Acompanhar todas as etapas do processo editorial, desde a concepção da ideia até a entrega do produto final;Desenvolver conceitos editoriais, propostas de conteúdo, estruturas de publicação e direcionamentos criativos;Elaborar e revisar briefings editoriais para orientar equipes internas, colaboradores e fornecedores;Realizar curadoria, seleção e organização de conteúdos conforme o objetivo do projeto e o perfil do público-alvo;Acompanhar traduções, adaptações, revisões e demais etapas necessárias para a produção editorial;Garantir a consistência de linguagem, identidade editorial e qualidade dos materiais desenvolvidos;Trabalhar em conjunto com tradutores, revisores, ilustradores, designers, diagramadores e equipes de produção;Avaliar textos, imagens, ilustrações e elementos gráficos, garantindo alinhamento com a proposta editorial;Desenvolver e acompanhar projetos de colecionáveis, considerando conteúdo, formato, experiência do consumidor e apelo para colecionadores;Acompanhar cronogramas editoriais, garantindo organização e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Interagir com áreas de Marketing, Produto, Licenciamento e demais envolvidos no desenvolvimento das publicações;Garantir o cumprimento das diretrizes de marcas e propriedades intelectuais licenciadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em edição e desenvolvimento de conteúdos editoriais;Conhecimento do mercado de livros, revistas, quadrinhos, mangás, coleções ou entretenimento;Habilidade para desenvolver conceitos, estruturar conteúdos e conduzir projetos editoriais;Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes formatos, públicos e estilos de publicação;Criatividade, senso editorial e atenção aos detalhes;Organização, autonomia e comprometimento com prazos.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência com editoras, cultura pop, entretenimento, quadrinhos, mangás ou produtos licenciados;Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de coleções, livros ilustrados e produtos para fãs/colecionadores;Experiência com propriedades intelectuais licenciadas e aprovação de materiais com licenciadores;Conhecimento de processos gráficos, produção editorial e fechamento de publicações;Experiência com projetos especiais, edições comemorativas e produtos colecionáveis;
