Buscamos encontrar e viabilizar as inovações que definirão como cuidar das pessoas do amanhã.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContato ativo e receptivo para médicos e profissionais de saúde no geral, laboratórios, clínica, representante, pacientes, cuidadores, logística, médicos, para acompanhar e dar andamento nos processos executado no programa conforme escopo, através de ligações, WhatsApp, e-mail, SMS ou conforme meio de comunicação do programa;Realizar o agendamento de procedimentos necessário e oferecidos pelo programa;Realizar o agendamento de exames, confirmar a realização e o envio do laudo ao paciente e médico;Realizar pesquisa de satisfação com o público-alvo do programa;Realizar reportes de farmacovigilância/tecnovigilância e reclamação de queixa técnica conformes processos estabelecidos;Realizar atendimentos referente a reclamações, sugestões, dúvidas entre outros temas;Tratar os e-mails/WhatsApp (interações em geral) do programa;Acompanhar logística de entrega de materiais e amostras de exames para análises, conforme demanda do programa;Acompanhamento de SLA: das análises das amostras e comunicar a supervisão qualquer divergência do previsto para tratativa;Registro e controle das atividades realizadas (em sistema de CRM, planilhas e conforme parâmetros definidos);Realizar atividades administrativas de média a alta complexidade, considerando atividades administrativas e ligações;Auxiliar com treinamento de novos colaboradores, compartilhando a demanda do dia a dia, auxílio com dúvidas e esclarecimentos;Ponto focal para demandas de assistentes frente a operação, com participação em tomada de decisões operacionais;Manter arquivos de controle de atividades do programa sempre atualizados para possível gestão dos dados e acompanhamento das atividades operacionais;Assegurar que todas as práticas relacionadas à saúde, segurança do trabalho, meio ambiente e sustentabilidade da Viveo sejam rigorosamente cumpridas, garantindo um ambiente seguro e sustentável para todos os colaboradores que estão sob sua gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso superior (em andamento ou concluído) na área da saúde;Desejável vivência em atendimento ao cliente;Conhecimento em Programas de Suporte ao Paciente;Pacote Office intermediário;Temos vagas nos seguintes horários: 08:00 ás 14:00 ou 10:00 às 16:00 Informações adicionaisAssistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale refeição/vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Previdência Privada;PPR;Vale transporte;Centro de Saúde;TotalPass;Parcerias com diversas instituições com descontos exclusivos para colaboradores.Local de trabalho: Chácara Santo Antônio (Zona Sul) - SP;Modelo: Hibrido, 3 vezes presencial e 2 vezes em home office.
