Realizar manutenções elétricas e eletrônicas, preventivas e corretivas, em painéis de máquinas, caminhões, maquinários agrícolas, equipamentos rodoviários e em outros instrumentos específicos, avaliando o desgaste das peças e realizando trocas necessárias, visando prolongar a vida útil de máquinas e equipamentos da empresa. Cumprir a política de SSMA (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente), utilizando Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI). Zelar pela conservação e limpeza da área, visando a manter o local de trabalho em condições adequadas para o desempenho das atividades diárias.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na manutenção corretiva e preventiva em motores de partida, alternadores, chicotes elétricos, baterias, lanternas e lâmpadas de máquinas, implementos agrícolas, rodoviários e conjunto de irrigação, avaliando o desgaste de peças e de componentes, realizando trocas se necessário, a fim de aumentar a disponibilidade dos equipamentos;Auxiliar na instalação e execução de manutenção em antenas, sistemas de alimentação e fixação dos rádios de comunicação, realizando troca de fusível e pequenos reparos nas instalações, bem como avaliar problemas ocorridos pelo uso, a fim de encaminhar para a manutenção em posto de serviço autorizado quando necessário;Verificar motores de partida de maquinário, observando chaves de contato, retirando motores quando necessário, desmontando componentes e efetuando troca de peças, a fim de liberar o veículo para funcionamento;Auxiliar na manutenção de painel de instrumentos, horímetro, velocímetro, indicadores de temperatura, óleo de motor, pressão de ar, combustível, pressão de turbo de caminhões, retirando o painel para análise de componentes, recolocando-o e realizando testes, a fim de liberar a máquina para funcionamento;Auxiliar em testes de toda a fiação de equipamentos com multímetro, retirando o chicote de veículos, abrindo e testando a fiação, realizando troca de fios e fusíveis danificados, repondo o chicote e outros componentes necessários, analisando problemas com curto-circuito de carros e máquinas, visando o adequado  funcionamento dos equipamentos;Realizar apontamentos diários de atividades realizadas, utilizando sistema específico, visando manter o superior imediato atualizado acerca do desempenho da área;Repassar para seu par do turno seguinte todas as informações que interfiram no processo operacional e as pendências remanescentes de suas atividades, visando o adequado funcionamento da área;Cumprir a política de SSMA (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente), seguindo os procedimentos e as práticas da empresa, para atender aos requisitos legais aplicáveis, combater o desperdício e reduzir a geração de resíduos, efluentes e emissões atmosféricos;Seguir as recomendações de segurança da área, utilizando Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI), para garantir a própria proteção contra riscos e ameaças de segurança e saúde;Zelar pela conservação e limpeza da área, seguindo as diretrizes e os procedimentos preestabelecidos, visando a manter o local de trabalho em condições adequadas para o desempenho das atividades diárias.
