A área de Manutenção tem como missão garantir a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e segurança dos equipamentos e instalações da unidade, contribuindo diretamente para a continuidade operacional e eficiência dos processos produtivos. O Eletricista I atuará na execução e suporte às atividades de manutenção elétrica corretiva, preventiva e preditiva, auxiliando no diagnósticos técnicos, intervenções em equipamentos industriais e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos ativos, assegurando conformidade com os padrões de segurança, qualidade e manutenção profissional estabelecidos pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar manutenções elétricas corretivas, preventivas e preditivas em equipamentos industriais, painéis elétricos, motores, inversores e sistemas de automação;Realizar diagnóstico de falhas elétricas em máquinas e equipamentos, identificando causas e propondo soluções técnicas para restabelecimento da operação;Apoiar na análise de falhas e na implementação de ações de melhoria para aumento da confiabilidade dos equipamentos;Executar inspeções elétricas periódicas e registrar intervenções e apontamentos de manutenção nos sistemas corporativos;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança, bloqueio e etiquetagem (LOTO) durante intervenções em equipamentos;Apoiar na instalação, adequação e melhorias em sistemas elétricos industriais e equipamentos produtivos;Contribuir para a organização e conservação das áreas de trabalho, ferramentas e materiais utilizados nas atividades de manutenção.Requisitos e qualificações•Requisitos ObrigatóriosCurso profissionalizante em Eletrica, Eletrotécnica, Eletromecânica, Automação Industrial ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em manutenção elétrica industrial;Conhecimento em interpretação de diagramas elétricos e comandos elétricos industriais;Experiência com manutenção em motores elétricos, painéis elétricos, sensores, inversores de frequência e sistemas de comando;Conhecimento em normas de segurança aplicadas à manutenção elétrica (NR10 e NR35 desejável);Experiência com manutenção corretiva e preventiva em ambiente industrial;Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de turno, quando necessárioRequisitos DesejáveisExperiência em indústrias de transformação ou processos contínuos;Conhecimento em CLP e sistemas de automação industrial;Experiência em análise de falhas em equipamentos industriais;Conhecimento em instrumentação industrial e sensores de processo;Experiência com inversores de frequência, soft starters e acionamentos elétricos;Vivência em ambientes com metodologias de melhoria contínua (WCM, TPM ou Lean Manufacturing);Conhecimento básico em sistemas de gestão de manutenção (SAP ou similar).Informações adicionaisJeito Tigre Trabalhar: PresencialLocal Trabalho: EAA - ManutençãoHorário: Atuação em turnosNos preocupamos com o bem-estar das nossas Feras e oferecemos benefícios Como: Refeição;Brinde de final de ano;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Previdência privada;Wellhub (Antigo Gympass);Day Off de Aniversário;Empresa cidadã: licença maternidade e paternidade estendida.Desconto em nossos produtos;Bônus anual (participação de lucros);Descontos de até 50% em medicações;Programas de saúde.
