Responsabilidades e atribuições

Missão do cargo

Executar atividades de manutenção eletromecânica preventiva, corretiva e preditiva nos equipamentos do setor de Funilaria, contribuindo para a segurança, a confiabilidade dos ativos, a qualidade do processo e a disponibilidade da linha de produção.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Atender às linhas e células de produção do setor de Funilaria, realizando intervenções de manutenção conforme as prioridades operacionais;

• Executar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em equipamentos, máquinas e sistemas eletromecânicos da área;

• Diagnosticar falhas elétricas, mecânicas e pneumáticas, identificando suas causas e restabelecendo o funcionamento dos equipamentos;

• Inspecionar, ajustar, reparar e substituir componentes como motores, redutores, sensores, atuadores, painéis elétricos, sistemas de transmissão e dispositivos de segurança;

• Realizar manutenção em transportadores, dispositivos de montagem de carrocerias, células automatizadas e equipamentos de soldagem utilizados no processo de funilaria;

• Interpretar diagramas elétricos, desenhos mecânicos, esquemas pneumáticos e manuais técnicos para apoiar diagnósticos e intervenções;

• Executar testes, medições e verificações funcionais após as manutenções, garantindo a liberação segura dos equipamentos para a produção;

• Cumprir as normas de segurança, os procedimentos de bloqueio e sinalização de energia e os padrões operacionais da empresa;

• Registrar as atividades executadas, as falhas identificadas e os materiais utilizados no sistema de gestão da manutenção.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Curso técnico completo em Eletromecânica;

• Experiência profissional em ambiente industrial;

• Experiência de atuação como Eletromecânico.
