Executar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e melhorias, além de realizar mudanças de layout quando necessário.Análise e Diagnóstico de Defeitos: Realizar análise e diagnóstico de falhas em máquinas e equipamentos, identificando as causas raiz e propondo as correções necessárias. Acompanhar a instalação de novas máquinas e equipamentos, garantindo seu perfeito funcionamento. Elaborar relatórios detalhados para apontar as necessidades de ajustes nos planos de manutenção industrial.Documentação e Manuais: Manter atualizados os manuais e a documentação técnica das máquinas, equipamentos e instalações, assegurando que as informações estejam acessíveis e precisas para garantir a continuidade das operações e a eficiência dos processos.Sugestões de Melhoria: Apresentar sugestões de melhorias para os processos de manutenção e operação, com o objetivo de aumentar a eficiência, reduzir custos e melhorar a qualidade da produção.Organização e Zeladoria do Local de Trabalho: Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado e limpo, conforme as normas de qualidade e segurança da empresa. Zelar pela conservação das ferramentas, máquinas e equipamentos utilizados, garantindo a segurança operacional e prevenindo falhas que possam comprometer a produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Médio completoDisponibilidade para atuar em turnos (2º e 3º)Formação Técnica (obrigatória):Técnico em Eletromecânica, ouTécnico em Mecânica, ouTécnico em MecatrônicaCursos obrigatórios:NR-10 atualizada (Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade)Diferenciais:Experiência na área industrialFacilidade para trabalho em equipePerfil organizado e voltado para segurança
