Buscamos profissionais para compor o nosso banco de talentos para atuar nas fábricas de Lajeado e Paverama/RS quando abrir novas vagas.Valorizamos a diversidade e todas as pessoas são bem-vindas! 💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar ordens de serviço de natureza elétrica e/ou mecânica conforme programação da área de PCM;Identificar problemas de funcionamento em máquinas, equipamentos e painéis elétricos;Interpretar projetos mecânicos, esquemas elétricos e catálogos de peças;Cumprir a programação de manutenção preventiva e corretiva da unidade, junto ao parque fabril, conforme cronograma de atividades;Testar o funcionamento de equipamentos e painéis elétricos, verificando as condições de segurança para o respectivo operador;Operar equipamentos de solda em serviços de manutenção, retirando as rebarbas ou restos de materiais remanescentes com equipamentos manuais;Registrar o histórico de serviços de manutenção realizados em cada máquina ou equipamento, para fins de controle e planejamento;Cumprir chamados emergenciais para serviço de manutenção corretiva;Realizar atividades de manutenção predial civil de menor complexidade, como pinturas, consertos em alvenarias, eletricidade, redes de água e de esgoto;Confeccionar ou reparar redes industriais de água, ar comprimido e de vapor;Lubrificar máquinas e equipamentos industriais, conforme programação ou necessidades aparentes;Zelar pela limpeza e conservação da sua bancada, gavetas e ferramentas de trabalho individuais e coletivas;Manter seu escaninho organizado buscando manter somente as ordens de serviço que estão na programação;Operar geradores de energia para fins de teste dos equipamentos ou em períodos de falta de energia externa;Acompanhar a execução de projetos, reportando possíveis desvios, riscos ou atrasos;Confrontar o escopo entregue com o contratado para os projetos, verificando se todas as cláusulas do contrato estão sendo atendidas;Realizar demais atividades dentro de sua área de atuação sempre de acordo com normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela Fruki.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico completo em Elétrica, Controle e Automação, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica, Manutenção Industrial ou afins;Diferencial cursando Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica, Controle e Automação ou afins;Certificado de NR10, e desejável NR33 e NR35;Experiência na área industrial;Diferencial conhecimento sobre Manutenção Centrada em Confiabilidade;Desejável conhecimento em técnicas de soldagem e programação de PLC;Desejável conhecimento básico em AutoCAD e no Pacote Office;Disponibilidade para trabalhar nos turnos do dia, tarde ou noite.Informações adicionaisCONHEÇA NOSSOS BENEFÍCIOS: Refeitório gratuito;Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Programa de Participação de Resultados (PPR);Plano de Saúde Unimed;Uniodonto;Seguro de vida gratuito;Bolsa de Estudos;Auxílio educação;Wellhub (Gympass);Canal de Acolhimento;Convênio Farmácia;Convênio com faculdades selecionadas.
