Nós da BAUMINAS - Unidade Uberlândia, estamos selecionando Eletromecânico de Manutenção para fazer parte da nossa equipe, contribuindo no auxílio das atividades e organização da unidade fabril.Se você está em busca de uma oportunidade de trabalho em uma indústria que oferece soluções essenciais para a saúde e a vida, está no lugar certo!Venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a manutenção preventiva conforme cronograma previamente estabelecido e corretiva nos equipamentos e instalações mecânicas e/ou elétricas da planta, assim como dar suporte a estes serviços, sempre que solicitado, realizando a troca de peças quando necessário;Realizar a laminação de peças e tanques, utilizando fibras de vidro, PRFV ou outros materiais apropriados, efetuando o seu revestimento, garantindo o adequado estado de conservação dos componentes do processo de produção;Apoiar nas manutenções e inspeções em transformadores e CCM’s;Executar pequenas reformas na unidade, tais como instalação de novos sistemas mecânicos e/ou elétricos, mudança de layouts etc.;Apoiar no desenvolvimento e implantação de novos projetos elétricos na unidade;Realizar atividades de corte e solda, quando necessário;Fazer o uso adequado, conservar e manter em condições de uso os EPI´S, respeitar e zelar pelos requisitos de segurança e saúde no ambiente de trabalho, assim como prezar por aspectos ambientais, fazendo cumprir as normas e políticas do Grupo Bauminas, conforme descritos no Código de Conduta, Compliance e demais procedimentos aplicáveis;Realizar a limpeza e organização dos equipamentos e do local de trabalho, através da ferramenta 5S, com objetivo de manter o ambiente de trabalho adequado para boa execução das atividades desenvolvidos, assim como evitar acidentes e incidentes;Informar sempre acidentes, atos e/ou condições inseguras, através de formulário específico, com o objetivo de garantir a integridade, saúde e segurança física de todos os envolvidos no processo;Realizar a abertura e encerramento de Permissões de Trabalho (PT’s);Cumprir os critérios e procedimentos da empresa, utilizar, conservar e manter em boas condições os EPIs e EPCs disponibilizados pela empresa, além de respeitar e zelar aos demais requisitos da qualidade, Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho e de Meio Ambiente;Comunicar informações pertinentes ao turno de trabalho e processos realizados, para anotações através de livro ATA;Realizar outras atividades correlatas de acordo com a natureza do seu trabalho, mediante solicitação de seu gestor imediato.Reportar-se ao seu gestor imediato sempre que observar irregularidades ou oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: certificado reconhecido pelo MEC em Ens. Técnico ou Superior completo em Eletromecânica ou afins, ou Ensino Médio Completo e Cursos de Capacitação Profissional de Curta Duração em Eletromecânica ou afins;Experiência Profissional: recomendado experiência de 6 meses na área ou em cargos de acesso;Conhecimentos indispensáveis: NR10 Básico e Complementar; Instalações eletromecânicas industriais; Comandos elétricos; Comandos hidráulicos; Comandos pneumáticos; Mecânica; Bombas centrífugas e pneumáticas; Conhecimentos recomendados: Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica ou afins; Condutas presentes nas NRs 11, 12, 13, 18, 33 e 35; Pintura industrial; Solda; Laminação; 5Ss; Telemetria; Leitura e Interpretação de Desenhos;Contatos externos: Fornecedores e Prestadores de serviços terceiros.Informações adicionaisResidir em Uberlândia ou cidades próximas;Disponibilidade de horário para trabalhar em turnos.
