Como Estagiário(a) Pedagógico(a) de Inovação, sua atuação será no suporte ao Ecossistema de Aprendizagem Inovador (EAI) — uma solução pedagógica que combina tecnologia e inovação para personalizar a jornada de aprendizagem dos nossos alunos.Suas principais responsabilidades estarão focadas em tutoria e mediação pedagógica, apoiando os estudantes no uso de ferramentas digitais, na organização de suas rotinas de estudo e no desenvolvimento de habilidades alinhadas às suas áreas de interesse, por meio das eletivas de inovação e aprofundamento.Por se tratar de uma posição de estágio, todo o trabalho será realizado com acompanhamento constante das Coordenações Pedagógicas e do time de Inovação do Núcleo Elite, proporcionando desenvolvimento profissional em um ambiente de aprendizagem colaborativa e inovadora.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como tutor(a) e mediador(a) no Ecossistema de Aprendizagem Inovador (EAI), apoiando os alunos no uso das ferramentas digitais e na construção de rotinas de estudo;Auxiliar no acompanhamento da participação e do desenvolvimento dos alunos nas atividades propostas no EAI;Contribuir para a mediação das eletivas de inovação e aprofundamento, estimulando a autonomia e o protagonismo dos estudantes;Apoiar os professores e as coordenações pedagógicas no desenvolvimento das atividades vinculadas ao EAI;Participar de encontros de formação e alinhamento com a equipe de Inovação do Núcleo Elite e com a Coordenação Pedagógica da unidade;Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Estar cursando Pedagogia ou Licenciaturas — a vaga é destinada exclusivamente a estudantes, não sendo válida para candidatos já formados;Ter a previsão de formatura a partir de 2027.2Interesse em metodologias inovadoras e no uso de tecnologia aplicada à educação;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em uma de nossas unidades;Vontade de aprender, colaborar e se desenvolver em um ambiente educacional dinâmico.Desejáveis:Vivência acadêmica ou prática com projetos de inovação, monitorias, tutoria ou atividades educacionais;Interesse em desenvolver habilidades relacionadas à mediação pedagógica, protagonismo estudantil e acompanhamento de trilhas de aprendizagem;Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e plataformas educacionais.Informações adicionaisEsta vaga contempla a unidade Cascavel - PRAqui no Elite, valorizamos e incentivamos a diversidade.
