Estamos em busca de um Closer de Vendas com forte habilidade comercial para transformar oportunidades em contratos fechados no segmento de empréstimo conginado,Nesta função, você não precisará prospectar do zero: receberá leads qualificados e terá como principal desafio conduzir o cliente até a assinatura do contrato, utilizando uma abordagem consultiva e ágil, principalmente via WhatsApp (áudios e mensagens).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento focado em conversão: Realizar atendimentos ativos e receptivos via WhatsApp, utilizando mensagens e áudios para conduzir negociações.Gestão da jornada do cliente: Acompanhar os leads recebidos durante toda a jornada, desde o primeiro contato até a formalização e assinatura do contrato.Disciplina operacional: Seguir rigorosamente os processos e fluxos operacionais estabelecidos pela empresa.Agilidade comercial: Atuar com rapidez no atendimento, garantindo devolutivas ágeis e a evolução rápida das propostas no funil.Negociação e fechamento: Identificar as necessidades do cliente, contornar objeções com inteligência e direcioná-lo com firmeza para o fechamento.Organização do pipeline: Manter o CRM e demais sistemas devidamente atualizados, assegurando a correta gestão do funil de vendas.Adaptabilidade: Adaptar-se rapidamente a mudanças de processos, produtos e estratégias comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comercial: Vivência com vendas internas (Inside Sales), retenção, telemarketing ativo ou atendimento comercial.Foco em indicadores: Experiência prática com metas e indicadores de performance (KPIs).Comunicação por WhatsApp: Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com extrema facilidade para negociar e passar segurança via texto e áudio.Processo e rotina: Organização e disciplina para seguir processos e rotinas operacionais sem perder a qualidade.Ritmo e agilidade: Senso de prioridade afiado e capacidade de atuar com alto volume de atendimentos diários.Resiliência e perfil: Postura proativa, orientada para resultados e com forte habilidade de contornar objeções.Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação: Prestação de Serviços (PJ).Horário de Trabalho: Comercial, de Segunda a Sexta-feira. Sábados das 08:00 as 12:00Remuneração Fixa: R$ 2.500,00.Remuneração Variável (Comissões): Comissionamento agressivo baseado no atingimento de metas (variando de R$ 1.000,00 a R$ 3.000,00).Expectativa de Ganhos: A média de ganho real do time (Fixo + Comissão) fica na faixa de R$ 5.500,00, com possibilidade de ganhos superiores de acordo com a sua performance.
