Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a pré-montagem, instalação e testes operacionais de tubulações hidráulicas, incluindo pressão de fluidos e estanqueidade;Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas, seguindo prazos, projetos e normas técnicas;Operar ferramentas como lixadeiras, furadeiras, esmeril, rosqueadeiras e manuais, além de montar pequenos andaimes;Apoiar atividades complementares como jardinagem, pintura, mobiliário clínico e outros serviços de manutenção civil;Realizar reparos em forros de gesso, trocas de louças, metais, e fixação de itens em pisos ou alvenaria;Executar desentupimentos, limpeza de reservatórios, poços, e serviços em altura ou espaços confinados;Acompanhar empresas terceirizadas na manutenção de caixas de gordura, redes de esgoto e coleta de pontos de água;Monitorar e trocar cilindros de gases medicinais, garantindo atendimento aos KPI’s da área;Manter a organização e limpeza das áreas de gestão do setor de Engenharia e Manutenção Predial;Conhecer materiais e produtos químicos adequados às instalações do empreendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Curso de Hidráulica Predial;Experiência em manutenção de sistemas hidráulicos;Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho:Escala 12x36 - 07h às 19hLocal de Trabalho:Hospital Regional de São José dos CamposBenefícios que fazem a diferença:Vale TransporteVale Alimentação Refeição no LocalConvênio Médico Seguro de VidaPrevidência PrivadaAcesso a academia com GympassAproveite essa oportunidade com um pacote completo de benefícios para o seu bem-estar e qualidade de vida!
