Como Pessoa Encarregada de Loja, você será o braço direito da liderança, garantindo que a loja esteja sempre pronta para o cliente, cuidando da operação, da organização da equipe e do cumprimento dos padrões que fazem parte do nosso jeito de ser.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Apoiar nas atividades operacionais: atendimento no caixa, reposição de produtos, organização e limpeza da loja.

- Executar e acompanhar rotinas administrativas e financeiras essenciais para o bom funcionamento da loja.

- Realizar e monitorar o controle de estoque, incluindo pré-inventários e conferência de produtos.

- Conferir mercadorias recebidas, garantindo conformidade com notas fiscais e padrões de qualidade.

- Fazer e acompanhar o checklist operacional diário, assegurando a excelência na experiência do cliente.

- Organizar escalas de trabalho, folgas e férias em parceria com a liderança, garantindo disponibilidade da equipe.

- Apoiar e orientar atendentes, colaborando para que os padrões operacionais sejam cumpridos e a equipe esteja motivada.Requisitos e qualificações- Ter mais de 18 anos. - Ensino médio completo. - Experiência prévia como encarregado ou em funções de apoio à liderança de loja. - Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1. - Boa comunicação, senso de organização e habilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de pessoas.
