RUMO A 2154!Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar equipes operacionais nas diferentes etapas da cadeia logística, como Recebimento, Faturamento e Expedição, nas operações B2B e B2C, garantindo produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento dos SLAs;Monitorar indicadores de performance, analisar relatórios de produtividade e implementar planos de ação;Assegurar a eficiência dos processos operacionais, acompanhando a integração entre fluxos manuais e automatizados;Apoiar a implantação de novas tecnologias, promovendo a adaptação e o engajamento das equipes;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, utilizando dados e ferramentas de gestão para apoiar a tomada de decisão;Atuar em parceria com áreas de apoio, contribuindo para a otimização dos processos e alcance dos resultados;Conduzir a gestão de pessoas, incluindo treinamentos, feedbacks, acompanhamento de desempenho e desenvolvimento da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com liderança de equipes em operações logísticas, Centros de Distribuição ou E-commerce;Vivência com gestão de metas, análise de indicadores de performance e produtividade;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão logística, como WMS e SAP;Pacote Office intermediário, principalmente Excel;Perfil analítico, dinâmico, proativo e orientado a resultados;Boa comunicação, habilidade em gestão de pessoas e capacidade de resolução de problemas;Afinidade com tecnologia, visão de melhoria contínua e facilidade de adaptação a mudanças.✨ Será considerado diferencial:Experiência em operações de alto volume e ambientes com metas desafiadoras;Vivência em processos de automação logística ou implantação de novas tecnologias;Conhecimento em Power BI e ferramentas de análise de dados;Conhecimento no sistema Senior.
