Coordenar e orientar equipes terceirizadas e fornecedores;

Distribuir e acompanhar as frentes de trabalho conforme o planejamento;

Garantir o cumprimento do cronograma, prioridades e padrões de qualidade;

Conferir os serviços executados conforme projetos e especificações técnicas;

Identificar e comunicar interferências, pendências e desvios à Engenharia;

Acompanhar o recebimento e controle de materiais e equipamentos;

Acompanhar a organização, limpeza e conservação do canteiro;

Realizar e apoiar inspeções, checklists e controles de qualidade;

Registrar o andamento da obra por meio de fotos e informações de campo;

Apoiar a elaboração e atualização do Diário de Obras;

Acompanhar correções, acabamentos, testes, comissionamentos e entregas;

Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança do Trabalho e uso adequado de EPIs;

Apoiar o controle de acesso e organização das equipes terceirizadas;

Participar de reuniões de planejamento e alinhamento da obra;

Antecipar necessidades de materiais, equipamentos e recursos que possam impactar o cronograma;

Zelar pela qualidade final e pelo padrão de entrega da obra.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com acompanhamento de equipes terceirizadas;Conhecimento de leitura e interpretação de projetos;Conhecimento prático de processos executivos de construção e reforma;Noções de planejamento e sequência executiva de obra;Conhecimento de práticas de Segurança do Trabalho aplicáveis à construção civil;Organização para realização de registros, checklists e controles de campo;Disponibilidade para atuação conforme os horários e necessidades das obras;
