Descrição da função: Planejar, organizar e controlar administrativamente os processos de produção da Lazal, realizando a programação das atividades, acompanhamento de indicadores, controle de apontamentos, custos, materiais e recursos produtivos. Atuar em interface com os encarregados operacionais e áreas de apoio, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos, aumento da produtividade, redução de custos e desperdícios e padronização dos processos de caldeiraria, soldagem, fabricação de estruturas metálicas, montagem mecânica e equipamentos e atividades de sondagem.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

·  Elaborar e atualizar a programação diária, semanal e mensal da produção, considerando ordens de serviço, prioridades, prazos e capacidade produtiva; ·  Acompanhar o andamento das ordens de produção e serviços, comparando o realizado com o planejado e sinalizando possíveis atrasos ou desvios; ·  Manter interface contínua com os encarregados operacionais para levantar informações, acompanhar a execução e alinhar necessidades da produção; ·  Registrar, conferir e atualizar no sistema ERP os apontamentos de produção, horas trabalhadas, etapas concluídas, consumo de materiais e utilização de equipamentos; ·  Elaborar relatórios, controles e demonstrativos gerenciais relacionados ao desempenho da produção; ·  Acompanhar os indicadores de produtividade, eficiência, cumprimento de prazos, custos, desperdícios e retrabalho, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria; ·  Planejar e controlar as necessidades de materiais, insumos, ferramentas e equipamentos, mantendo interface com Suprimentos, Almoxarifado e Manutenção; ·  Monitorar os custos dos processos produtivos, comparando os valores realizados com os planejados e reportando desvios relevantes; ·  Interpretar desenhos, projetos, especificações técnicas e ordens de serviço para apoiar o planejamento das atividades, recursos e prazos; ·  Padronizar os controles, documentos, registros e fluxos administrativos da produção, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos; Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:

·        Nível de instrução: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção ou Engenharia Mecânica; ·        Conhecimentos: Excel intermediário, sistemas ERP, planejamento e controle da produção, análise de indicadores, controle de custos e recursos produtivos, leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos e ferramentas de melhoria de processos; ·        Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos de atuação em planejamento, acompanhamento ou controle de processos produtivos, com vivência nos segmentos de mecânica, metalurgia, fabricação industrial ou sondagem;
