Monitorar e realizar as atividades de recebimento, conferência, estocagem, controle e expedição de materiais aos clientes, visando assegurar os níveis de estoque e a qualidade do trabalho realizado de acordo com as normas e procedimentos da empresa. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar e realizar a movimentação de materiais, definindo o tipo de transporte para cada tipo de carga;Planejar a disposição dos materiais estocados, facilitando sua identificação, localização e manuseio;Inspecionar e realizar as atividades de inventário junto com a equipe;Estabelecer quadro de lotação de pessoal adequando as movimentações necessárias;Acompanhar os turnos e assiduidade dos colaboradores;Assegurar que as atividades do documento de Orientação de Trabalho estejam sendo executadas;Assegurar que as normas de segurança e saúde do trabalho estejam sendo cumpridas pela sua equipe;Realizar e/ou apoiar os diálogos diários de segurança com sua equipe;Manter contatos com transportadoras e fornecedores sobre as entregas e devoluções de materiais;Obter junto aos clientes internos informações sobre prioridades em relação às necessidades de materiais, visando orientar a programação da expedição e da equipe das unidades de sua supervisão;Relacionar-se com os clientes atendendo suas solicitações e assegurando prazos de entrega;Orientar/treinar sua equipe no desempenho de suas atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Conhecimentos em Pacote Office;Experiência com logística e/ou almoxarifado;Experiência em gestão de pessoas.Informações adicionaisOferecemos um pacote alinhado ao mercado, que pode variar conforme a operação/contrato:Assistência médica;Seguro de vida;Auxílio funeral;Alimentação (vale-refeição e/ou vale-alimentação);Transporte (vale-transporte ou fretado);Parcerias com instituições de ensino;Programas de desenvolvimento e bem-estar;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR), condicionada ao atingimento de metas.Importante:Concessão conforme contrato e/ou acordo coletivo;Benefícios podem não ser cumulativos;Condições específicas serão informadas durante o processo seletivo e na admissão.
