Monitorar as atividades de limpeza concorrente e terminal em todas as unidades do hospital, realizando vistorias para avaliar a qualidade dos serviços executados; realizar cronograma de limpeza terminal através do levantamento de necessidades de limpeza; realizar treinamento e reciclagem para sua equipe, visando manter a qualidade dos serviços e minimizar os riscos de infecção hospitalar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar as atividades de limpeza concorrente e terminal em todas as unidades do hospital, realizando vistorias para avaliar a qualidade dos serviços executados.Verificar se as unidades são abastecidas com os materiais necessários (papel toalha, papel higiênico, sabonete, embalagens plásticas e produtos de limpeza), conforme quantidade definidaRealizar cronograma de limpeza terminal das unidades junto ao Supervisor de Governança, através de levantamento de necessidades de limpeza das mesmas, visando manter o ambiente limpo e diminuir o risco de infecção hospitalar.Receber e passar o plantão, no início e final do horário de trabalho, verificando pendências nas limpezas programadas ou solicitadas de urgência, passando em todas as unidades para dar continuidade nas rotinas.Fazer checklist em conjunto com os Auxiliares de Governança, vistoriando as áreas onde foram realizadas as limpezas, para avaliação dos serviços executados, efetuando correções quando necessários, visando manter a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Monitorar a realização da limpeza terminal nas unidades, orientando a equipe sobre a melhor forma de higienização do ambiente, visando agilizar os trabalhos.Acompanhar e treinar novos colaboradores bem como a reciclagem para toda a equipe, informando-os sobre todas as rotinas dos serviços, visando manter a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Solicitar a manutenção dos equipamentos e utensílios (enceradeira, torneiras e carro funcional de limpeza), através de ordem de serviço, de forma a não impactar o andamento das atividades.Solicitar materiais no Almoxarifado (papel toalha, papel higiênico, embalagens plásticas, sabonetes, produtos de limpeza e materiais de escritório), através de requisição via sistema eletrônico, para manter a área devidamente abastecida, com os materiais necessários.Fiscalizar a utilização de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI´s) pelos funcionários do setor, de forma a evitar riscos de acidentes.Verificar a rotina de coleta de resíduos, passando pelos abrigos temporários, várias vezes ao dia, a fim de evitar acúmulo de resíduos nos mesmos.Verificar se as unidades estão sendo abastecidas com os materiais necessários (papel toalha, papel higiênico, sabonete, embalagens plásticas e produtos de limpeza), conforme quantidade definida.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Noções de Limpeza e Higiene e informática em nível de usuário.Informações adicionaisVaga destinada a talentos transgênero, indígenas, imigrantes/refugiados e profissionais 60+.
