Há mais de 65 anos a Moura contribuí com novas ideias e tecnologias para termos as melhores soluções em energia e mover o futuro.Aqui, respeitamos e incentivamos a diversidade, acreditando nas pessoas e em sua capacidade de realização e desenvolvimento.Se você se identifica com um clima inovador que te proporcione desafios contínuos, vem com a gente!Que tal fazer parte dessa energia? #VemSerMoura! 〽️💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia na Moura:Acompanhar e orientar as atividades da equipe de logística, distribuindo tarefas e garantindo a produtividade, a operação de recebimento, conferência, armazenagem, separação e expedição de produtos;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho logístico, promovendo melhorias nos processos para aumento da eficiência;Assegurar a correta administração de estoques, evitando perdas e otimizando a alocação de espaços, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho e boas práticas logísticas;Assegurar os processos da Assistência Técnica, acompanhando a execução das análises das baterias pela equipe, o lançamento diário no sistema ERP e o envio físico mensal das baterias procedentes à fábrica;Monitorar a frota de veículos e assegura as atualizações em tempo real da equipe responsável por fazer o roteiro, através de informações extraídas do sistema de roteirização;Garantir o controle do abastecimento dos veículos na frota;Manter e atualizar uma agenda de manutenções preventivas, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos veículos;Assegurar a execução do Programa Ambiental Moura, monitorando e garantindo o retorno das baterias inservíveis (BIN) em toda a cadeia de seu mercado local (revendedores, fornecedores e doações);Garantir o uso efetivo do SMG por toda a equipe da Logística e Assistência Técnica, multiplicar conhecimentos sobre Sistema Moura de Gestão. Elaborar planos de ação para as metas de melhoria e garantir a execução dos planos, tratamento da anomalia, procedimentos, e tarefas da equipe. Liderar as Reuniões de Monitoramento de Performance;Garantir a Gestão das Pessoas de sua equipe viabilizando o crescimento e expansão dos negócios de forma sustentável através da seleção, satisfação, engajamento, retenção, capacitação e desenvolvimento, monitorando os indicadores de performance e zelando pelo bom Clima Organizacional;Assegurar a implementação e o cumprimento das Políticas e práticas de gestão acompanhando suas aplicações na rotina da área;Garantir a eficiência da aplicação dos recursos financeiros definidos no plano estratégico por meio do planejamento, acompanhamento e análise orçamentária para tomada de decisão;Assegurar o cumprimento da cultura empresarial Moura através do exemplo e de práticas de disseminação contínuas estimuladas pela empresa;Garantir o bem-estar dos colaboradores, bem como o cumprimento e a disseminação das normas de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente através do acompanhamento dos padrões e políticas definidos pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE BUSCAMOS?Formação:Ensino Superior ou Tecnólogo Completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Desejável:Pós-Graduação / MBA em Gestão Administrativa, Logística ou Gestão de PessoasConhecimentos:Pacote Office;Gestão de Frota;Gestão de Estoque;Segurança do Trabalho;Atendimento ao Cliente;Gestão de Pessoas.Informações adicionaisVale Refeição (no valor de R$50,00 por dia) com desconto de R$1,00 na folha de pagamento;Vale Alimentação (no valor de R$150 por mês);Vale Transporte (com desconto de R$3,00 na folha de pagamento);Campanhas de Premiação ao longo do ano;Assistência Odontológica (Bradesco Saúde);Assistência Médica (Bradesco Saúde);Seguro De Vida (Bradesco Seguros);Clube Parcerias Moura;Total Pass;Sesc;PPR.
