Venha fazer parte de nosso equipe atuando como Encarregado de Logística!Responsabilidades e atribuições* Apoiar a coordenação logística na organização das demandas operacionais, programação de veículos e direcionamento dos caminhões para cada destino, rota, pátio, fazenda, porto ou operação definida;* Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento da jornada dos motoristas profissionais, apoiando a correta organização das escalas, trocas de turno, início e encerramento de jornada;* Atuar nos pátios de triagem, garagens, rotas, operações de colheita e operações rodoviárias, garantindo melhor fluxo dos caminhões e redução de paradas improdutivas;* Acompanhar a disponibilidade dos caminhões, identificando veículos parados, aguardando carga, descarga, manutenção, liberação, documentação ou direcionamento operacional;* Apoiar a organização da performance dos motoristas profissionais, contribuindo para maior produtividade, melhor aproveitamento da frota e redução de tempo ocioso;* Auxiliar na identificação de ciclos improdutivos, especialmente caminhões parados em concessionárias, oficinas, pátios, fazendas ou aguardando definição operacional;* Apoiar a comunicação entre motoristas, coordenação logística, manutenção, manifesto, portaria, fazendas, porto e demais áreas envolvidas na operação;* Acompanhar demandas de colheita, rodovia e pátio, auxiliando no direcionamento dos caminhões conforme prioridade operacional, disponibilidade de frota e necessidade da empresa;* Apoiar o controle de informações operacionais, registrando ocorrências, desvios, atrasos, veículos parados, necessidade de troca de motorista, pendências e demais situações que impactem a operação;* Contribuir para a melhoria da organização logística, redução de gargalos, aumento da disponibilidade da frota e melhor atendimento das demandas operacionais;* Manter postura preventiva, comunicando imediatamente à liderança qualquer risco operacional, falha de programação, ausência de motorista, veículo parado indevidamente ou situação que possa comprometer a produtividade;* Cumprir normas internas, procedimentos de segurança, orientações da liderança e padrões operacionais da empresa.Requisitos e qualificações* Ensino médio completo;* Desejável curso técnico ou experiência prática em logística, transporte, frota, operações agrícolas, pátio ou áreas correlatas;* Conhecimento em rotina de pátio, triagem, programação de veículos, controle de rotas e direcionamento de caminhões;* Desejável experiência com operação de frota pesada, rodotrens, carretas e caminhões em operações rodoviárias, portuárias ou de colheita;* Conhecimento básico em controle de jornada de motoristas profissionais, troca de turno, disponibilidade de frota e apoio operacional;* Habilidade com controles, planilhas, sistemas de logística, telemetria, rastreamento ou plataformas de gestão de frota;* Boa comunicação com motoristas, operação, manutenção, manifesto, portaria, pátio e coordenação logística;* Organização, disciplina operacional, senso de urgência, proatividade e capacidade de atuar em campo;* Disponibilidade para atuar em pátios, rotas, operações de colheita, apoio em troca de turno e acompanhamento das demandas logísticas;* Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos conforme necessidade da operação.Informações adicionaisSeguro de vida (coparticipação);Plano de saúde (coparticipação);Contrato CLT.
