Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por acompanhar e cobrar os serviços de manutenção, preventiva, corretiva e obras, por meio de supervisão e acompanhamento das ordens de serviços, visando o bom desenvolvimento dos serviços prestados em tempo hábil e uso correto dos equipamentos de proteção individual e coletiva;Supervisionar e orientar as atividades desenvolvidas no setor, implantando normas e sistemas de trabalho, discutindo periodicamente com a equipe a revisão das rotinas e elaboração de novos projetos, visando o bom desenvolvimento da área;Apoiar a coordenação, acompanhando pontualidade, assiduidade, programação de férias, confeccionando escalas de trabalho, realizando avaliação de desempenho e treinamentos, entrevistas com candidatos para vagas abertas, e etc.; garantindo a organização e o bom funcionamento do setor e das rotinas;Apoiar a gestão da área de manutenção, através de relatórios, estatísticas e indicadores, objetivando melhoria da assistência prestada ao cliente;Participar como membro efetivo das comissões internas da instituição, através de reuniões de planejamento, contribuindo para a melhoria dos processos;Participar de reuniões junto à coordenação do setor e/ou gerência, para planejamento ou de tomada de decisões operacionais, quando solicitado, visando à melhoria e qualidade do setor.Supervisionar e executar a manutenção de rede de baixa tensão, instalações de projetos, equipamentos elétricos, eletrodomésticos, realizando medições e testes dos equipamentos, garantindo a qualidade e segurança dos serviços prestados;Monitorar as instalações e restauração dos equipamentos e painéis eletrônicos, por meio de supervisão e testes, a fim de assegurar a correta manutenção dos mesmos e segurança dos equipamentos e instituição;Supervisionar a manutenção corretiva e preventiva obedecendo às normas técnicas, monitorando as atividades executadas pela equipe, garantindo a qualidade dos componentes e equipamentos;Avaliar os materiais adquiridos pela área de Manutenção, observando a qualidade dos produtos recebidos, eventuais especificações técnicas de equipamentos e demais dados nas notas fiscais, a fim de garantir a qualidade dos serviços prestados;Controlar e requisitar os materiais de consumo das áreas de manutenção, por meio de sistema, a fim de suprir as necessidades para o bom cumprimento das atividades;Supervisionar a guarda, conservação, manutenção e limpeza dos equipamentos, ferramentas e dos materiais peculiares ao trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Obrigatório certificado de NR10;Um diferencial ter experiência na área.Informações adicionais Local de Atuação: AME Barradas;Horário: Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 07h30 às 16h30.Benefícios:Vale AlimentaçãoRefeitório no localVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo ConsignadoAtendimento Ambulatorial e Odontológico - SP Parcerias:Incentivo a Educação/UniversidadeFarmáciasSESCGymPass
