Supervisionar as atividades diárias no canteiro, garantindo o alinhamento entre equipes e o correto sequenciamento das etapas construtivas. Controlar os recursos da obra (mão de obra, materiais, equipamentos e tempo), assegurando produtividade e uso eficiente dentro do orçamento. Acompanhar e cumprir o cronograma de obra, identificando desvios e atuando na correção de atrasos. Manter comunicação contínua com mestres, engenharia e demais áreas, garantindo alinhamento das atividades e entendimento das metas do projeto. Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, assegurando o uso adequado de EPIs e boas práticas no canteiro.
