Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar operadores e equipamentos, assegurando a execução correta das atividades.Planejar e acompanhar rotinas operacionais, garantindo eficiência e segurança.Monitorar indicadores de produtividade e propor ações para melhoria contínua.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.Atuar em conjunto com a manutenção para reduzir paradas e aumentar a disponibilidade dos equipamentos.Identificar e implementar soluções para reduzir falhas operacionais.Desenvolver e engajar a equipe, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e seguro.
