Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar como Encarregado de Operação de Base, sendo responsável por  supervisionar e controlar as atividades operacionais da base, garantindo os padrões técnicos de descarga, armazenagem e carregamento, controlar o estoque, licenças e inspeções da unidade e dos caminhões. Administrar e orientar a equipe quanto às normas e procedimentos, assegurando a segurança, qualidade e eficiência das operações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as operações e a rotina da base, garantindo segurança, qualidade e eficiência;Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo engajamento e foco em resultados;Acompanhar as operações de carregamento e descarregamento de caminhões;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e legislação vigente;Controlar estoque, movimentações, perdas e sobras de produtos;Acompanhar indicadores e resultados da unidade, propondo ações de melhoria;Acompanhar a manutenção de equipamentos e instalações da base;Atuar em parceria com áreas internas, fornecedores e demais envolvidos na operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Logística, Engenharia, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas;Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência com gestão de equipes;Perfil de liderança, organização e capacidade de tomada de decisão;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Disponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial em Xaxim/SC.
