Objetivo do CargoResponsável por coordenar e acompanhar a operação de costura de peças-piloto, garantindo ritmo, organização e qualidade durante o processo de desenvolvimento dos produtos.Atuar diretamente na montagem das peças, orientando as costureiras quanto à sequência operacional, técnicas de montagem e interpretação das informações técnicas, buscando assegurar que os pilotos sejam produzidos dentro dos padrões de qualidade, prazo e características definidas pelo produto.O profissional deverá ter forte conhecimento prático de costura e montagem de peças de vestuário, sendo capaz de identificar dificuldades construtivas, propor soluções e antecipar problemas que possam impactar o desenvolvimento ou a futura produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesGestão da produção de pilotosOrganizar e distribuir as peças-piloto entre as costureiras de acordo com a complexidade e habilidade de cada profissional.Estabelecer o ritmo de produção do desenvolvimento, acompanhando diariamente os prazos e prioridades.Controlar a programação e o andamento dos pilotos, identificando possíveis atrasos e tomando ações corretivas.Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos para provas, ajustes, aprovação e liberação dos modelos.Acompanhar a produtividade da equipe e a evolução de cada piloto.Priorizar modelos de acordo com o calendário de coleção e necessidades do desenvolvimento.Conhecimento técnico de montagemInterpretar fichas técnicas, desenhos, referências e orientações de produto.Acompanhar a montagem das peças e orientar as costureiras quanto à sequência correta de operações.Conhecer diferentes tipos de tecidos, malhas, acabamentos, máquinas e processos de costura.Identificar dificuldades de construção e sugerir alternativas técnicas para melhorar a montagem da peça.Avaliar a viabilidade de construção dos modelos antes e durante a execução dos pilotos.Identificar possíveis problemas que poderão ocorrer na produção em escala e comunicar à equipe de desenvolvimento.Garantir que o piloto reproduza corretamente as características definidas pelo estilista e/ou equipe de produto.Interface com Modelagem e DesenvolvimentoTrabalhar em conjunto com modelista, estilista, ficha técnica e desenvolvimento de produto.Identificar inconsistências entre modelagem, ficha técnica e construção da peça.Sinalizar problemas de modelagem que possam dificultar a montagem ou comprometer o caimento.Participar de provas e ajustes dos pilotos, contribuindo tecnicamente com sugestões de construção.Contribuir para a definição da melhor sequência operacional para cada produto.Registrar e comunicar alterações realizadas durante o desenvolvimento.Gestão da equipeOrientar e acompanhar as costureiras responsáveis pela execução dos pilotos.Distribuir as atividades conforme experiência e especialidade de cada profissional.Treinar e desenvolver a equipe em novos processos de montagem e acabamento.Acompanhar o desempenho individual e coletivo.Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado, produtivo e colaborativo.Cobrar cumprimento de prazos, qualidade e padrões definidos para os produtos.QualidadeGarantir que os pilotos sejam executados conforme especificações técnicas e padrões de qualidade.Realizar inspeção visual e técnica durante o processo de montagem.Identificar defeitos de costura, montagem, acabamento e construção.Evitar retrabalhos por falhas de interpretação ou execução.Contribuir para a redução do tempo de desenvolvimento dos produtos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos Técnicos NecessáriosConhecimento sólido de costura e montagem de peças de vestuário.Conhecimento de máquinas de costura industriais e suas aplicações.Conhecimento de tecidos, malhas, aviamentos e diferentes tipos de acabamentos.Capacidade de interpretar ficha técnica e desenho técnico.Conhecimento de sequência operacional de montagem.Conhecimento de construção de peças femininas será considerado diferencial.Conhecimento de modelagem e interpretação de moldes será considerado um grande diferencial.Capacidade de identificar problemas de modelagem relacionados à montagem e ao caimento.Noções de tempos e métodos e produtividade.Conhecimento de controle de qualidade aplicado à confecção.
