Liderar e assegurar a execução eficiente, padronizada e orientada à experiência do cliente nos canais de atendimento da unidade, garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs (Acordo de Nível de Serviço), qualidade operacional e aderência às diretrizes institucionais, promovendo a integração entre atendimento, comercial e operação para assegurar resultados sustentáveis e excelência no relacionamento com o cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer responsável pelos canais de atendimento da unidade, atuando como guardião da experiência do cliente e sinalizando riscos, recorrências ou oportunidades de melhoria à liderança; Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe de atendimento, promovendo desempenho, engajamento, capacitação técnica e alinhamento às diretrizes da empresa; Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos, definindo e conduzindo ações corretivas e preventivas para atingimento das metas; Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da unidade, analisando desvios de performance e realizando treinamentos, reciclagens e alinhamentos com base nos materiais e recursos disponibilizados pela empresa; Assegurar a padronização e aderência aos processos institucionais, atuando como elo entre a execução local e as diretrizes definidas pela matriz; Coordenar tratativas de ocorrências, reclamações e escalonamentos, garantindo retorno adequado ao cliente e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos; Atuar como interface entre as áreas de Atendimento, Operação e Comercial da unidade, promovendo fluidez, alinhamento e eficiência na comunicação interna; Reportar resultados, indicadores e planos de ação à liderança imediata, propondo melhorias contínuas com base na análise de dados e recorrências operacionais; Apoiar a implementação de novos fluxos, projetos ou iniciativas estratégicas na unidade, assegurando aderência e correta execução; Participar do planejamento orçamentário junto ao corporativo e controlar o realizado, assegurando que a meta estabelecida no planejamento estratégico da empresa seja atingida; Realizar todos os processos relacionados à Gestão de Pessoas com seus subordinados, respeitando as normas, procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos pela empresa. Representar a empresa, por meio de procuração ou carta de preposto, junto a stakeholders e demais agentes do ambiente externo organizacional. Reportar aos líderes diretos e/ou indiretos sobre os processos, projetos e planos de ação da área, bem como dificuldades e necessidades para a continuidade dos resultados da área e sustentabilidade do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Gestão de Negócios e/ou Processos.Pós Graduação Completa em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas.
