Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as atividades desempenhadas pelo efetivo.Auxiliar o Coordenador do Contrato em: Gestão de Contratos, Planejar e Controlar todas as etapas dos serviços; Ser preposto, realizar programações. Acompanhar a execução do contrato. Cumprir com o escopo contratual. Responsabilizar-se pela qualidade e o andamento das atividades; Realizar atividades de programação, planejamento e célula fiscal. Executar sempre que necessário as atividades de recebimento, programação logística, conferência e preservação de materiais; Elaborar plano de ação para correção dos possíveis desvios ou alterações no planejamento inicial em virtude de novas demandas apresentadas; Monitorar a evolução operacional; Executar planejamento das atividades de movimentação de cargas de materiais e equipamentos; Acompanhar os trabalhos de içamento e movimentação de cargas de acordo com o plano de rigger. Elaborar a medição do cliente; Participar e acompanhar Inventario de estoque; Participar de reuniões de análise crítica da operação em conjunto com o cliente; Antecipar-se às dificuldades e buscar formas para melhorar o desempenho e segurança durante a realização das atividades; Controlar as escalas de trabalho; Eventualmente, estando em conformidade com as especificais técnicas, pode dirigir veículos/equipamentos operacionais Cat. B (Empilhadeira/VUC);Providenciar manutenção de equipamentos quando necessário; Fazer cumprir normas e procedimentos da área; Programar junto à equipe de movimentação de carga Petrobras, equipamentos para descarregar materiais de grande porte; Escriturar o recebimento da nota fiscal no sistema informatizado da PETROBRAS; Registrar dados do requisitante no documento de entrada, quando se tratar de materiais de entrega direta; realizar recebimento contábil via sistema informatizado PETROBRAS; realizar a entrada de materiais com previsão de data de validade com a indicação do lote no sistema informatizado PETROBRAS; Digitalizar e inserir foto do material recebido, comprovante de entrega, certificados e demais documentos relativos à entrega, tais como DANFE, CLM, data book,tickets de pesagem e demais documentos pertinentes no sistema informatizado da PETROBRAS; Criar e gerenciar as localizações dos materiais, tanto no sistema informatizado quanto fisicamente, transferindo-os quando necessário entre os armazéns localizados na UN; Providenciar barrotes e cunhas, conforme especificações para o armazenamento de chapas, tubos entre outros; Otimizar a utilização dos espaços e priorizar sempre a destinação dos materiais às áreas cobertas; Realizar contagem física de itens em estoque, de acordo com o cronograma definido pela Fiscalização; Apoiar coordenação do inventário na realização de pesquisas através de: consulta de movimentações no sistema informatizado PETROBRAS; Verificar movimentações nos documentos de entrada e saída, procurar fisicamente materiais nos almoxarifados e junto aos usuários etc.; Recontar os itens divergentes por demanda da Coordenação do inventário; Realizar inventário anual para 100% dos itens em estoque ou conforme orientação da Fiscalização; Providenciar a baixa em caso de venda e/ou encaminhar para destinação, assim que autorizado pela Fiscalização; Agendar e acompanhar junto aos compradores a retirada dos bens alienados; Gerar a Ficha de Descarte de Resíduo quando aplicável; Apoiar a realização das alienações e a retirada dos materiais alienados; manter os materiais/estruturas organizadas a fim de atender as melhores práticas relacionadas a logística de armazenagem. Auditar os indicadores operacionais e de PLR; Realizar DDSMA e treinamentos; Obedecer a todas as rotinas, procedimentos, e normas de saúde segurança e meio ambiente (SSMA), envolvidas no processo.
