Encarregado Operacional IIResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades a serem executadas:Organizar as atividades técnicas e operacionais, cumprindo as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa; Controlar os serviços terceirizados pela operação, verificando a performance das empresas, de acordo com os padrões; Realizar auditorias em fornecedores e em Centros de destinação homologados pelo cliente; Assegurar que as metas foram impostas sejam cumpridas; Monitorar e garantir a regularidade dos sistemas de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente; Manter o controle de licenças ambientais e operacionais; Responder tecnicamente pelas atividades desenvolvidas na empresa cliente, visando manter o perfeito cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais e promovendo o aperfeiçoamento e expansão dos serviços prestados; Levantamento de áreas de risco potencial e responsabilidade das atividades pertinentes à segurança do trabalho; Atender as solicitações do cliente e manter constante contato; Propor ao cliente alternativas licenciadas para destinação de resíduos; Auxiliar na identificação e proposição de novas oportunidades de ampliação do contrato existente, além de acompanhar a evolução do mesmo, objetivando sua renovação futura; Fornecer treinamento operacional e de procedimentos à equipe; Acionar serviços de manutenção e acompanhar a execução, quando necessário; Monitorar e realizar a conferência de documentos fiscais e relatórios diversos; Solicitar e aplicar a manutenção e disponibilização de materiais essenciais à operação da unidade; Presença em caso de emergência; Dirigir veículos da empresa quando habilitado, permitido a operação da empilhadeira, desde que habilitado, capacitado e autorizado, ocorrendo somente em casos pontuais pela ausência do operador ou por motivo de falta.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: 

Conheci, Tecnólogo ou Graduação Bacharel Completo em Gestão Ambiental, Meio Ambiente, Química e áreas correlatas.Principais Conhecimentos:Pacote Office;CNH Categoria B;Desejável Curso de Operação do equipamento móvel NR 11
