Buscamos um Assistentes de Experiência do Cliente (CX) comunicativos, empáticos e organizados para atuar na linha de frente do relacionamento com nossos clientes de assinatura de energia solar.Você será responsável por acompanhar o cliente após o aceite da portabilidade, garantindo orientação clara sobre o processo de transição de usinas, esclarecimento sobre as novas faturas e acompanhamento próximo durante os primeiros 3 a 4 meses até a injeção completa de energia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento e Acompanhamento Ativo: Realizar contatos periódicos (principalmente WhatsApp e telefone) para manter o cliente informado e seguro sobre o status da portabilidade de energia.Suporte a Faturas e Cobrança: Auxiliar o cliente no entendimento do novo modelo de fatura do parceiro, tirar dúvidas sobre vencimentos e garantir o correto pagamento durante a janela de transição.Experiência e Onboarding: Garantir uma jornada fluida e positiva do cliente do momento do aceite até a efetiva compensação dos créditos de energia na conta de luz.Resolução de Dúvidas e Objeções: Atender solicitações recebidas nos canais de suporte, oferecendo soluções rápidas para evitar insatisfação ou pedidos de cancelamento.Registro e Organização de Dados: Manter os status de cada cliente atualizados no sistema/CRM, informando eventuais pendências ou necessidades de acompanhamento especial.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência Profissional: Experiência prática em Atendimento ao Cliente, Sucesso do Cliente (CS), Pós-venda, SAC ou Retenção/Cobrança.Comunicação Clara e Didática: Excelente escrita para WhatsApp/e-mail e boa dicção por telefone para explicar conceitos de faturamento e energia de forma simples.Organização e Controle: Facilidade em lidar com planilhas/CRMs e acompanhar listas de clientes ativos.Perfil Empático e Resolutivo: Paciência para ouvir o cliente, agir de forma consultiva e contornar insatisfações com agilidade.Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável curso técnico ou superior em andamento).
