Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Experiência e Sucesso do Cliente (CX/CS) para liderar a operação e garantir a retenção e a satisfação da nossa base de clientes no modelo de assinatura de energia solar.O principal objetivo da função será gerenciar a equipe de analistas, garantir a transição segura dos clientes no processo de portabilidade entre parceiros/usinas e acompanhar de perto a jornada do cliente até a efetiva injeção dos créditos de energia, assegurando suporte total no faturamento e na experiência do usuário.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderança e Gestão da Equipe de CX: Gestão direta dos analistas de atendimento e sucesso do cliente, acompanhando rotinas, produtividade e qualidade no suporte via WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail.Gestão da Jornada de Portabilidade: Acompanhar e mapear a régua de relacionamento do cliente durante o período de transição (3 meses entre aceite e injeção de energia).Prevenção de Churn (Cancelamentos): Monitorar a satisfação dos clientes e criar ações proativas para solucionar dúvidas sobre a mudança de parceiro/usina e cobranças.Controle Operacional de Faturamento: Acompanhar o envio e pagamento das novas faturas e créditos de energia, garantindo clareza nas orientações para o cliente.Gargalos e Melhoria de Processos: Estruturar fluxos de atendimento, identificar falhas operacionais na migração e reportar indicadores (NPS, tempo de resposta, taxa de retenção) para a liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência Profissional: Experiência prévia em liderança ou supervisão de equipes de CX, Sucesso do Cliente (CS) ou Atendimento.Segmento: Desejável passagem pelo setor de energia solar/distribuída, telecom, serviços financeiros, seguros ou empresas de assinatura/SaaS.Visão de Processos e Faturamento: Facilidade para entender e explicar faturas de energia, compensação de créditos e processos de cobrança/migração.Perfil de Liderança: Excelente comunicação, empatia, capacidade de resolver conflitos e foco na retenção de clientes.Ensino Superior: Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
