Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais Responsabilidades:Realizar atendimento domiciliar e administração de medicamentos conforme prescrição e protocolos;

Garantir a conferência de prescrições, doses, autorizações e documentação dos atendimentos;

Realizar e registrar a SAE, assegurando a qualidade e segurança da assistência;

Identificar e atuar preventivamente em riscos e incidentes relacionados à assistência e medicamentos;

Orientar pacientes e cuidadores, promovendo atendimento humanizado e acolhedor;

Controlar e zelar pelo uso adequado de medicamentos, materiais, equipamentos e EPIs;

Atuar em conjunto com a equipe multidisciplinar na promoção da saúde e qualidade de vida;

Apoiar a cobertura assistencial da unidade quando necessário;

Participar de reuniões e iniciativas institucionais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Graduação em Enfermagem com registro profissional ativo;Conhecimento em protocolos de segurança do paciente;Conhecimento em protocolos de emergência;Conhecimento de manejo de cateteres periféricos; Conhecimento de manejo

de reações adversas.

Requisitos desejáveis:Pós-graduação em Oncologia;Experiência prévia em Terapia Assistida;Conhecimento da SAE;Desejável conhecimento com pacote office;Conhecimento do Sistema Tasy.
