A área de SSO busca um profissional com visão analítica e estratégica para atuar na gestão de saúde ocupacional e promoção da saúde.É essencial ter experiência com indicadores, absenteísmo, riscos psicossociais, NR-01 e acompanhamento de exames ocupacionais.Também buscamos capacidade de estruturar ações preventivas, campanhas de saúde e planos de melhoria de processos.O perfil deve ter forte habilidade de relacionamento, interface com fornecedores e atuação integrada com Saúde e Segurança do TrabalhoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão do absenteísmo médico, incluindo afastamentos, retornos ao trabalho e acompanhamento de casos previdenciários;Analisar indicadores de absenteísmo, identificando tendências, causas e grupos de maior incidência, subsidiando a definição de ações preventivas e campanhas de saúde;Realizar o acolhimento e orientação de colaboradores, garantindo o direcionamento adequado das demandas relacionadas à saúde;Apoiar a validação de atestados médicos, incluindo análise documental e verificação de autenticidade quando aplicável.Desenvolver e promover campanhas e ações de saúde com base na análise de indicadores, perfil epidemiológico e necessidades identificadas na população de colaboradores;Atuar em colaboração com as áreas de Saúde Ocupacional e Segurança do Trabalho na construção e execução de estratégias preventivas;Participar das agendas das CIPAs, promovendo diálogos de conscientização e orientando os cipeiros para aplicação e disseminação de conteúdos relacionados à saúde;Apoiar iniciativas de promoção da saúde, qualidade de vida e prevenção de adoecimentos relacionados ou não ao trabalho.Realizar análises aprofundadas dos indicadores relacionados aos fatores de riscos psicossociais, identificando tendências, grupos de atenção e oportunidades de atuação preventiva;Atuar como parceiro estratégico na gestão e acompanhamento dos planos de ação relacionados à NR-01, em conjunto com Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho e demais áreas envolvidas;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores relacionados aos exames ocupacionais, incluindo prazos, pendencias e aderênciaElaborar análises gerenciais, identificar tendências e propor planos de ação a partir dos resultados observados.Realizar a gestão do programa de atendimento a urgências e emergências, acompanhando fluxos, protocolos, fornecedores e efetividade dos atendimentos;Realizar interface com fornecedores e parceiros de saúde ocupacional, acompanhando qualidade, prazos, indicadores e níveis de serviço;Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de otimização, padronização e melhoria dos processos de saúde ocupacional;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Enfermagem, com especialização em Enfermagem do Trabalho;Registro profissional ativo no conselho de classe (Coren);Domínio de Excel, com capacidade para tratamento, consolidação e análise de dados;Conhecimento em gestão de saúde ocupacional, absenteísmo, exames ocupacionais e acompanhamento de indicadores;Conhecimento da legislação e das Normas Regulamentadoras aplicáveis à Saúde Ocupacional.Será considerado diferencialConhecimento e experiência na utilização do SOC;Conhecimento do RM TOTVS, especialmente em processos relacionados à saúde ocupacional;Conhecimento em construção, acompanhamento e análise de indicadores e dashboards;Experiência com análise de dados de saúde, perfil epidemiológico, absenteísmo e fatores de riscos psicossociais.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale Refeição;Seguro de vida;Vale Transporte;Total Pass;Day off no aniversário.
